Complex yeast nutrient to meet the complete nutritional needs of yeast, healthy fermentation, more complex aroma, fruitier, fuller, rounder wines.
Uses:
Each time it is added to the fermenting batch, the yeast receives all it needsEach time it is added to the yeast, it gets all the nutrients it needs to optimize its function and improve the quality of the wine in a complex way.
The yeast produces less sulphuric acid-binding substances (acetaldehyde, pyruvate, ketoglutarate). In this way, the sulphur content of wines is reduced and the free sulphuric acid content of wines made with Uvavital is more stable.
Dosage:
2-4x10 g/hl.
For grapes of nutrient-poor vintages:
20 g/hl before fermentation, followed by another 10-20 g/hl two days later. In the case of an olfactory defect, 10 g/hl per day until the problem disappears.
To increase fullness and roundness:
Up to 10 g/hl on each day of fermentation.
