A special enzyme for grapes with ripe core tannins whose wines are aged in barrels and/or bottles. The result is a fuller, fuller-bodied, more tannic, more intense and stable red wine with a more varietal character.
A highly active pectolytic enzyme preparation with specific side activities that release the valuable substances of the berry skins. It improves the quality of the wine by enhanced extraction of colour and desirable tannins from ripe tanin grapes. It enhances the release and extraction of the quality improving components of wine by effectively dissolving berry cell walls and polysaccharides.
