Spiriferm Classic is a fortified dry yeast. It has ideal fermentation properties for normal

Complete and clean fermentation of musts and must musts with a full and clear tone under normal fermentation conditions.

The dry yeast strain of Spiriferm Classic has been specifically formulated to meet the needs of distilleries.

Dosage and use
A dosage of 20 g Spiriferm Classic per 100 litres of mash is generally recommended.
For microbiologically compromised mash, this dosage can be increased to 25-30 g/100 l mash.
Dissolve Spiriferm Classic in a 5 to 10 times solution of 1:1 water - mash at 35-40C and leave for about 20 minutes,
to allow fermentation to start.
In case of a large temperature difference between yeast and mash, it is advisable to add mash to the solution in an additional step,
