Short description of the product
Spiriferm Classic is a fortified dry yeast. It has ideal fermentation properties for normal
fermentation of fruit fruits and musts under normal conditions. Current laws and regulations

Dosage and use
A dosage of 20 g Spiriferm Classic per 100 litres of mash is generally recommended.
