Brussels with a semi-high bud:
A variety with a medium long growing season, intensive growth and vigorous stem development. It produces dense dark green buds in the axils of the leaves towards the end of the growing season. The buds are rounded and easy to harvest by hand.
Use:
Suitable for both fresh consumption and freezing. Harvesting should begin at the first frost, as the cold brings a beneficial change in flavour.
