The pasture mixture is suitable for cattle of all utilisation types and breeds. It can be used for milking, dryland cows, young cattle and beef cattle. Components include grass species with higher water requirements and better drought tolerance. For the former, the mixture is not recommended for dry, drought-prone areas, but for river/stream valleys, hilly valleys, dawn dew areas and low-lying areas with high water tables. Because of its 40% fibre grass content, it is recommended for areas where intermittent grazing is practised. The mixture is not suitable for pasture grazing!
