Morphology:

The peppers can grow up to 30 peppers on a single stem under suitable conditions. The size of the fruit varies from five to ten centimetres long and three centimetres wide.

Uses:

The fruit, which can be green or red in colour, can be picked continuously, usually turning red towards the end of the season. For drying, they are usually picked before they ripen and left to redden and ripen. The fruit can be used in a wide range of ways, but as with all vegetables, it is best eaten fresh. The plant has a high heat requirement, so plant it in a place where it gets enough sunlight, with a temperature of between twenty and twenty-seven degrees Celsius being best. Keep an eye on the temperature, as if the weather is not warm enough the pepper seeds may not germinate and the plant may not sprout or, in the case of seedlings, the seedlings may not survive.
