Morphology of the cartilage rose:
An ornamental annual plant of the family of the anemone family, originally from Brazil. This ornamental plant, which grows to a height of only 10-15 cm, has thick fleshy stems and posy leaves. Its flowers are a garish shade of pink, yellow, and yellow, which make it a magical sight in the garden in summer, and it is no wonder it has become such a popular cottage garden plant.
It is a spreading posy-like plant with richly coloured flowers. A small plant, 10-15 cm tall, with cylindrical leaves 1-1,5 cm long. The 2.5-3 cm silky flowers on the shoot ends open at 9-10 am in sunny weather and close at 2-3 pm.
Sowing of powdery mildew:
It can be sown in its permanent place by the end of April, but it is better to grow it in advance for seed saving and uniform growth. In case of seedling production, seeds can be sown from the beginning of March.
Downy mildew requirements:
Prefers a sunny, warm location and loose, well-textured soil. It will regenerate from seed in a favourable site. It can be planted in rock gardens, on retaining walls, beside stone paths, and in sunny balcony boxes. Water only in case of prolonged drought!
