As this is the first textbook on organic farming in Hungary, we could not fit it into the limited space available, so we had to split the book in two to give our readers as much information and knowledge as possible. The whole reflection will be completed only after the publication of our next book. Then you will be able to learn about the economics and marketing of organic horticulture, organic food processing and organic farming, as well as the bibliography and index.
