The most important property of STOCKOSORB Hydrogel Granules is that it stores water and plant nutrients dissolved in water, and in case of drought, it releases the stored water evenly and completely back into the soil and the plant root system: -1 kg can store up to 250 litres of distilled water; -1 kg absorbs approximately 100-150 litres of water in the soil; -maximum absorption capacity despite soil stress; -increases soil pore volume, reduces soil erosion; -H neutral, long-lasting effect; -after a longer period of time, the plant starts to wilt; -helps to save costs. Application methods: -dry STOCKOSORB 500 medium can be spread by hand, with a fertiliser spreader or sprayer, before sowing or planting, and the soil should be ploughed to a depth of 15 cm; -dry granules can be placed in the sowing (planting) furrow together with the fertiliser; -as a pre-wetting gel: 1 kg STOCKOSORB 500 micro is dissolved in 200 l water and left to swell for 30 minutes. STOCKOSORB can be applied to the soil afterwards with a special device. It can be used to solve the following problems: -prevent accidental drying out; -prevent run-off in lawns; -improve water balance, prevent nutrient leaching; -reduce or prevent planting or transplanting shock; -increase the % of harvest; -improve the structure of humus, peat, compost, potting soil, small gardens or poor quality soil. It can be used with excellent results in: - container seedling nurseries, forest planting; - container fruit and ornamental tree planting; - intensive ornamental planting; - lawn planting; preventing drying out of pots and ornamental plants that are difficult to water.
