What should you know about the capicum type pepper?
The caper pepper is a bright red, thick-fleshed, hard pepper. It is picked when fully ripe, is not prone to wilting and retains its elasticity for a long time. Its unique taste and flavour is due to its high sugar content.
Casting:
For growing in seedlings, it can be sown from February to March in a greenhouse or in heated foil. After sprouting, pickle. Seedlings can be planted from May onwards, weather permitting.

1-2 cm.
Spacing:
80x40 cm.
Seed requirements:
10-15 g to produce 1000 seedlings.
Harvest:
July to September.
Variety characteristics:
- Continuous-growing, pendulous, spiky, 'cape' type hybrid.
- Berries large, slightly flattened. Green to red pepper of the "caper" type.
- Thick flesh, sweet, very good flavour. Can be stored for weeks after picking.
- Fruit weight 120-140 g.
- Suitable for outdoor cultivation and for growing under plastic film.
- (The bag contains about 100-120 seeds.)
