Fungicide spray for the control of fungal diseases of certain fruits and vegetables and vines.
Manzate 75 DF is in all respects identical to Vondozeb DG, authorised under BÉBIH No 04.2/2813-1/2012.

Active substance content: 750 g/kg mancozeb.
Formulation: dispersible granules (DF).


Treatments in apple orchards should be started preventively in the period of ascospore spreading and should be continued at 10-14 day intervals depending on the severity of the infection.

In peaches, nectarines, apricots, plums, cherries and sour cherries, control of taffron leaf curl should start at bud break and be repeated every 14 days thereafter. Spraying against moniliaceous blossom and shoot infestations should be carried out at the beginning of flowering, at main flowering and at the end of flowering. The product also provides good protection against leaf spot and rust diseases in cool weather in spring. It can be used to control moniliaceous fruit rot during fruit growth by soaking control, repeated every 14 days, and by spraying within 12 hours after hail and storms, with strict observance of a waiting period. For further necessary treatments, preparations of other groups of active substances should be used.

In grapes (vines, table grapes), the product should be applied preventively during the period of infection risk, at the latest at the first symptoms, and repeated depending on the infection pressure. In the risk period, a spray cycle of 7 days is recommended, 10 days in case of medium infection and 14 days in case of low infection.

In red onions, shallots and hazelnuts, control should be started preventively on the basis of a forecast and treatment should be continued depending on the infection conditions. The use of a wetting agent in the crop during application is recommended.

In potatoes, the first treatment should be started at row closure in the light of the forecast and repeated in the light of the infection pressure. A spray cycle of 7 days is recommended during periods of pest risk, 10 days for medium infestation and 14 days for low infestation. First control of alternaria disease is recommended after flowering at the first initial symptoms.

In tomatoes, aubergines, peppers, preventive control should be based on forecasts or at the latest at the appearance of initial symptoms. A spray cycle of 7 days is recommended for susceptible and irrigated conditions, 10 days for medium infestation and 14 days for light infestation.

In marjoram, tarragon and tobacco, apply at the first symptoms or as the weather develops. If necessary, treatment can be repeated after 7-10 days.

Other instructions and recommendations for use

The active ingredient of the preparation acts primarily by contact, so uniform coverage of the treated plant surface should be ensured at application.

In wet weather and in irrigated production, successive treatments should be carried out with shorter spray cycles. The amount of spray to be applied within the specified limits should be determined according to the development of the foliage of the plant. In all cases, the aim should be to achieve uniform and complete coverage of the spray, even within the foliage.

When co-applying with liquid plant protection products (especially those with an oily formulation) and foliar fertilisers, always add Manzate 75 DF to the tank mix first and only after it has fully dissolved should the oily combination partner be added to the spray.
